Alex is my hero! He came to my home on a Sunday afternoon to help confirm a suspected water leak. He had his team out early the next day. They found the leak in the bathroom wall, gave me several repair options and started to fix the leak immediately. Alex even went the extra mile when I had problems with my Insurance company claim and with a challenging repair by a handyman. He listened to all my concerns and helped resolve the problems.
